# 元校長、ＦＸで１億脱税 大阪国税局が告発

外国為替証拠金取引（ＦＸ）で２００６年までの３年間に得た利益約３億１２００万円を申告せず、所得税約１億７００万円を脱税したとして、大阪国税局が所得税法違反の疑いで和歌山県橋本市の中村安雄・元小学校長（７１）を和歌山地検に告発していたことが２６日、分かった。 　追徴税額は重加算税を含め約１億４５００万円とみられ、元校長は修正申告に応じたもようだ。　ＦＸは証拠金の数百倍の取引ができるハイリスク・ハイリターンの金融商品。　関係者によると、元校長は定年退職後の０３年秋ごろから、店頭金融先物取引会社２社を通じて豪州ドルなどの外貨を売買。０４年に約３２００万円、０５年に約９６００万円、０６年は約１億８４００万円の利益を得たが、年金収入しか申告しなかったとみられる。

旭川医大の初期研修医、地方勤務条件に給与20万円上乗せ

　旭川医科大学（旭川市）は11日、来年度から同大を卒業した直後の若手医師に対し、給与に上乗せする形で研修資金を支給すると発表した。同大の病院に勤務する卒後1―2年の初期研修医が対象で、支給期間と同じ年数だけ地方の医療機関で働くことが条件。在宅ビジネス掲示板 地方への医師派遣を強化するとともに、待遇改善で卒業生の民間病院への流出を防ぐ狙いもある。

　研修資金は年20人に月額20万円ずつ支払う。同大の初期研修医の給与は月30万円程度で、都市部の民間病院にはこれを上回る給与を支給する例も多い。

　資金の原資は道内企業1社が1億円を拠出。研修資金は2年間で1億円近くかかるが、同社は3年目以降も資金協力を続けていく考えだ。

　今春同大を卒業しそのまま初期研修医として残った医師は10人で、卒業生の1割程度。かつては55―60人が残ったが、2004年に始まった臨床研修制度で民間病院への流出が増えた。

Gunmen exchanged fire at two Gaza hospitals, and cabinet ministers fled a weekly meeting after the government headquarters was hit in crossfire yesterday, in the latest round in an increasingly brutal power struggle between Hamas and Fatah.

Eight Palestinians were killed, including three shot dead in Beit Hanoun Hospital in northern Gaza. At Gaza's largest hospital, Shifa in Gaza City, combatants fired mortars, grenades and assault rifles. The battles came a day after two men were thrown to their deaths from high-rise rooftops, signalling a rapid descent into all-out confrontation.

Appeals for calm by the leaders of the two camps, President Mahmoud Abbas of Fatah and Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas - whose home came under fire - went unheeded. Repeated attempts to secure a ceasefire also failed.

The deaths brought to 74 the number of Palestinians killed since the latest round of infighting erupted in May. The violence overshadowed attempts to revive Israeli-Palestinian contacts.
